AutoDM lets Instagram creators automatically send a direct message to people who comment a chosen keyword on their posts. This policy explains what data the service handles and why.
We do not collect passwords. We do not read your private messages beyond what Instagram delivers to the app for the conversations it started.
Only to run the service you configured: match comments against your rules, send the message you wrote, and show you what was sent. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than Meta, which is the platform the service runs on.
Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest by Cloudflare. Only the service operator has access.
Creator account data and rules are kept while your account is connected. Comment events and message logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted. When you disconnect your account, everything tied to it is deleted within 30 days.
You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access token. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing deepanshuksingh@gmail.com or following the steps on the Data Deletion page. You can also remove the app from your Instagram account under Settings, Apps and Websites, which revokes our access immediately.
AutoDM uses the Instagram API provided by Meta and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
If this policy changes materially we will note the new date at the bottom of this page.
